This luxury condominium project developed by HFZ Capital in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan is an architectural & interior design collaboration between award winning Danish Architects Bjarke Ingels Group and Gabellini Sheppard Associates. The project, totaling 800,00SF, is divided into two towers: The West Condominium Tower will rise 402 FT, while the East Tower will stand 302 FT and become Six Senses' first hotel development in the United States. Gabellini Sheppard was commissioned to design the West Tower interiors, as well as the West Tower Lobby and Amenities Podium at 95,000-square-foot, 34-floors and 159 units.
