The Gabellini Sheppard table environment for Dining By Design New York 2006 reveals the fantasy of Swarovski Crystal and the elegance of the B&B Italia Collection with an all-out trip into sensorial drama.

The defining element is Crystal Rain, a custom Swarovski sculpture hovering 10 feet above a crystal-saturated B&B Italia table. Composed of 1500 individual crystal strands constantly shifting and glimmering in the light, the diaphanous and ever-changing Crystal Rain animates the space.

Pleated, gossamer sheer fabric embroidered with a sea of crystals enshrouds the glass table. The table is lit from within to create a luminescent volume outlined by B&B Italia's sculptural white-leather chairs, also encrusted in crystal.

Luminous, ethereal, and visually mesmerizing - the environment offers the experience of dining within a shimmering crystal fantasy.
