This 8,000 squarefoot residence overlooks Central Park from its 19th floor location and has terraces on all sides. The plan is entirely mutable as glass shoji screens fold or slide to divide the space into smaller lightfilled glass enclosures, or fully open for larger merged spaces. This concept was devised in response to the clients request that multiple bedroom areas dissolve during the day into a generous play area for his children. Similarly, divisions in the public areas of the home are retractable, providing open spaces for large gatherings. This residence features a luxurious master suite with an attached lounge area, separate dressing areas and a master bathroom with a floating soaking tub, Swedish shower, steam shower and sauna.
