Gabellini Sheppard is pleased to share that the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) has approved its plans for the renovation of the landmarked ground-floor lobby at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan. Designed for owner Tishman Speyer, the project will reimagine the reception areas, public corridors, and lighting, thoughtfully balancing contemporary design with the architectural character of this iconic art deco interior landmark.
