Gray
Associate, Architectural Designer

With a foundation that bridges fine art, architecture, and construction, Brittany Gray brings a uniquely well-rounded technical strength to every project she takes on. Since joining Gabellini Sheppard in 2019, she has been instrumental in advancing the studio’s most ambitious hospitality projects.

As project manager, Brittany has led the coordination of a 200+ key luxury development within a landmarked building in Dallas, Texas, and an exclusive hotel destination in East Asia—each requiring thoughtful navigation of brand standards, design intent, and construction constraints. She has also played a key role in the development of multiple high-profile residences in Taiwan.

Brittany’s strength lies in navigating complex project details with clarity and precision, reflecting her deep interest in both design integrity and technical problem-solving. “I’ve always found the coordination process to be the most exciting—where design ambition and real-world execution intersect,” she shares. “Finding solutions that support the overall design vision, despite technical challenges, is one of the most fulfilling aspects of the work.”

A skilled BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategist, Brittany has helped shape the studio’s project delivery methods by integrating advanced modeling tools with design collaboration. Her fluency in BIM has elevated internal workflows, streamlined communication with consultants across disciplines, and strengthened the studio’s ability to deliver design excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Brittany began her career as a contractor and project manager specializing in high-end interior restorations and later worked as a BIM Coordinator and Architectural Designer contributing to large-scale, mixed-use developments in New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from the Spitzer School of Architecture, where she was named a WX Scholarship recipient.
