As Marketing & Business Development Manager at Gabellini Sheppard, Marian Picard supports the studio’s efforts to cultivate strategic growth opportunities across diverse markets. Working closely with the Partners and Associates, she coordinates proposal writing and outreach initiatives that position the firm for long-term success.

Beyond business development, Marian manages the full spectrum of the studio’s marketing work—from portfolio curation to digital content, award submissions, and press outreach. She oversees the firm’s brand presence across print, web, and social platforms, ensuring that each communication reflects the clarity and refinement of Gabellini Sheppard’s design ethos. Marian also plays an active role in shaping studio culture, elevating opportunities for team-building and cross-disciplinary exchange.

Bilingual in French and English, Marian brings a global perspective to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Wellesley College, where she was awarded the Eliza Newkirk Rogers Prize in Architecture.
