611 E 56th Street Sales Gallery Opens September 24, 2019

Co-developed by sumaida + khurana and LENY, with marketing and sales by Compass development, 611 West 56th street will contain 80 luxury residences behind its bright, monolithic, Turkish limestone façade. The building, the latest in a series of master architect collaborations, will offer one- to four-bedroom residences with expansive penthouses and duplex maisonettes featuring private terraces, all with signature detailing and crafted interiors by Gabellini Sheppard Associates and stunning architecture by Pritzker Prize-winning master architect Álvaro Siza.
