A Gabellini Sheppard-designed penthouse at One High Line went into contract this week for $52 million, becoming one of the most expensive homes ever sold in downtown Manhattan.

One High Line is a luxury condominium project located in the West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The project was brought to life through an architectural and interior design collaboration with Bjarke Ingels Group, Gabellini Sheppard Associates and Gilles et Boissier. The project, totaling is divided into two towers: The West Condominium Tower, with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, will rise 402 feet, while the East Tower will stand 302 feet and be home to the Faena Hotel. Gabellini Sheppard Associates was commissioned to design the West Tower interiors, lobby, and amenities.
