Located one of Aspen’s most exclusive streets, the Aspen Residence offers coveted direct views of Aspen, Highlands, and Buttermilk Mountains, as well as the famous Independence Pass.

Working with such an incredible location, the studio made it a priority to bring the outside inside. Spectacular vistas are carefully framed through floor-to-ceiling windows for optimal vantage points in every room. Natural materials that match the surroundings are utilized throughout the home’s indoor and outdoor spaces. Inspired by Japanese architecture, the lines of the house echo the slopes of the mountain ranges surrounding the property. All of this combined forms a home that’s unobtrusive to the landscape and simultaneously impossible to ignore.
