The Plaza Residence designed by Gabellini Sheppard was awarded a USA Property Award for Best Residential Interior - Private Residence, New York. The home was created by combining three separate apartments nestled in the Northwest corner of the building, seamlessly integrated through an intensive interior architecture and design program. Breathtaking views of Central Park and the New York City skyline are framed throughout the apartment.

The interior design, with construction completed by Rusk Renovations, draws inspiration from the family's Indian heritage blended with contemporary design and their love of fine art. The main living and dining areas are home to three meticulously hand-carved traditional Jali screens. These awe-inspiring pieces, assembled on-site, showcase peerless craftsmanship of white marble reminiscent of the Taj Mahal. Blue chip art is prominently featured throughout the apartment, with works by Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Anish Kapoor, Takashi Murakami, Jaume Plensa, and Fernando Botero on display.
