Gabellini Sheppard is honored to have collaborated with Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners in designing the interiors of this transformative project. Designed by celebrated Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza—his first commercial building in the U.S.—The Fifth is a 5-story, Class A+, LEED Certified office building in the heart of Miami Beach. This recognition celebrates the project's commitment to architectural excellence, sustainability, and timeless design.
